5. Vehicle Rentals
When hiring a van or truck from Hanika Enterprise:
- You must hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.
- The renter is responsible for any fines, tolls, or damages incurred during the rental period.
- Fuel must be refilled before return unless stated otherwise in your rental agreement.
Hanika Enterprise reserves the right to charge for damages, excessive wear, or cleaning if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.
6. Delivery & Logistics Services
All deliveries are handled with utmost care and professionalism. However, Hanika Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or third-party issues beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or rental start time to qualify for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount.
8. Liability Limitation
Hanika Enterprise shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
